Matt Gregg; PresidentMatthew Gregg

Matthew began his career in lighting and electrical over 20 years ago.    With much motivation from his father, after completing time in the US Navy as an Air Traffic Controller, Matthew started Synergy Lighting and soon after achieved recognition in S.W. Florida as a leading expert in the field of illumination and design.   From the smallest of cafe remodels to large shopping malls and car dealerships across the country, Matthew has left his mark by painting with light.  Despite not recognizing himself as an artist, Matt finds beauty in the famous art works of Key West’s Mario Sanchez and Guy Harvey.   In his spare time, Matt is an avid Pilot, Boater, Motorcycle enthusiast.   If you don’t find him working on the house, you will find him on the water, sunglasses on and music turned up!

Frank Pondillo; Vice PresidentFrank Pondillo
Vice President – Director of Operations / Project Management

Frank began his electrical career immediately out of high school.  While starting his journeyman program with a large electrical firm in New York, Frank gained experience in large scale commercial electrical projects.   Furthering his career in electrical, Frank and his wife relocated to the west coat of Florida, where Frank joined Synergy Electric as a foreman. Through hard work, dedication and passion, Frank worked his way up to Vice President of the company within ten (long) years.  If not on the job site or in a construction meeting you are likely to find Frank on the ice rink, skates laced up tight, stick in hand, battling it out for the puck.

Cosper Tullos; Project ManagerCosper (Buddy) Tullos
Project Manager – New Construction

Cosper “Buddy” Tullos has been in the field of electrical maintenance and construction for over 30 years. He graduated as Student Body President in his graduating class from Hinds Community College. Mr. Tullos also studied business and law at Ole Miss. Buddy, as everyone calls him, states that he enjoys his field of work as it is challenging with ever-changing technology and better ways to provide solutions for customer’s needs. Buddy has had numerous men and women excel under his direction to become Journeyman and Master Electricians and some to go on to start their own businesses. Cosper’s experience in engineering design and construction management, ranges from larger commercial and industrial construction of retail, medical offices, motels, water treatment and waste water treatment facilities, the first computerized traffic signal system in Florida, first information smart interstate highway in Florida, The first solar power canopy over Olympic swimming pool, and the largest rooftop solar power installation in North America at 2.42 megawatts.  You will find him with his family, hunting, fishing, cruising, or playing at a casino when he is not at work.
